Ignite Your Inner Potential

FYR Consulting and the Goochland Chamber of Commerce have joined forces to introduce IGNITE YOUR INNER POTENTIAL, a transformative 6-month certificate course. Tailored for professionals seeking to enhance their self-awareness and community connections, this course is also open to dedicated business owners committed to delivering exceptional professional development opportunities.

“Participants will learn to embrace the significance of a growth mindset,” says FYR Consulting Founder Erica Emmett. “This transformation is meant to increase happiness, satisfaction and connection among those who have completed it.”

The course kicks off with a CliftonStrengths Assessment to help each participant to uncover and harness their inherent talents. Leveraging these individual strengths, we'll explore skills like Servant Leadership, Diversity in Leadership, and Active Listening illustrating how intentional development in these areas fosters stronger connections with others. This course is significant because, at present, only 1 in 5 employees are currently engaged, while scientific findings highlight the increased happiness and satisfaction associated with living a strengths-based life.

IGNITE YOUR INNER POTENTIAL is targeted to individuals looking to delve into a growth mindset in 2024 or business owners aiming to provide valuable employee benefits. Registration opens on February 1st, with classes commencing on March 26th and running monthly sessions for 6 months. The course concludes with a Graduation Ceremony and the presentation of certificates. 

FYR Consulting US, under the ownership of Erica Emmett, a certified Gallup Strengths Coach with a master's degree in Leadership and over 15 years of experience in facilitating presentations, is situated in Goochland, Virginia. Eager to establish meaningful connections within the community, FYR sought ways to collaborate. Carol Taylor, the executive director of Goochland Chamber of Commerce, states that “the Goochland Chamber works diligently to find growth opportunities for our members.
