Four Reasons to Join the Friends at Annual Day
Friends of the Goochland Branch Library will host its Annual Day on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 3 p.m. at the Goochland Branch Library. The guest speaker will be Mary Lynn Bayliss, author of “The Dooleys of Richmond: An Irish Immigrant Family in the Old and New South.”  Mrs. Bayliss is a Goochland resident and her husband’s father, Major W.M.F. Bayliss, was the founding publisher and editor of the Goochland Gazette.  His weekly column "Looking Backward" kept Goochlanders amused for years.
