Porter & Building Support

We need a hard-working, reliable, independent worker to work through a “to- do” list of miscellaneous property/project needs throughout the year. We’ve had an absolutely amazing high school student over the past few years, but he's moving out of the area at the end of June.

This job is 5 days per week part-time with Saturday availability to assist with events year-round, other than 3 days per week in February & July. Hours average 25+ per week.

This individual is responsible for everything from event setup of tables and chairs to leaf blowing, watering plants, cleaning up the grounds, and handling dozens of light property-related tasks to keep things looking nice.

It is ideal for a student who is loyal and committed to completing a job well, not just rushing through to mark things off a list. Working time can be flexible and is set in advance, but weekend availability is critical. Fridays and Saturdays are a mandatory part of the job other than in February & July.
